The Role
**Requirements**:
Role Requirements - You have a broad understanding of Integration, Application, Data, Infrastructure and Security technology domains in the enterprise software world. - You have professional knowledge of Cloud software solutions and cloud delivery models. - You can understand and consult on solution architectures. - You can partner with a customer to help them articulate goals and get started. You will excel in this role if: - You have strong communication, analytical, presentation and account management skills. - You can host and manage digital events with a broad international and multicultural audience. - You have a strong customer service mindset and customer empathy. - You can manage complex organizational dynamics both internally at SAP, as well as externally with customers and partners. - You can continuously adapt to the unique business and cultural practices of each region/country. - You have a strong sense of accountability. You can tailor, articulate and clearly communication messages relevant to each target audience. - Understanding of SAP solutions portfolio and BTP services. - Understanding and implementation experience with one or more SAP Solutions, in particular S4/HANA. - You have at least 3 years of experience working in the IT Industry. Your background could be Software Engineering, Solution Management, Project/Product Management, - Project Implementation, Pre-sales, Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Proactive Support Services, Consulting, etc. - You have a passion for learning new technologies and are excited to try new approaches to drive scalability. - You enjoy problem solving to find the win for the customer in a fast-moving team-based environment.
