Business Development Administrator

Fugro Middle East has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic _Business Development Administrator_

We are seeking a business development Admin to support the Energy Strategic Sales & Marketing and commercial team based in UAE. The Business development Department in UAE offer support to Oil & Gas and Renewable clients in offshore and onshore projects and services.

Reporting to the Regional Energy sector Lead, you will be having full responsibility for the business development administrative activities and to ensure all the registration and prequalification’s are in place and up to date and to support Fugro internal stakeholders such as business lines, services lines and commercial in maintaining company CRM - Customer Relationship Management to ensure business development leads and opportunities are logged and to ensure data in L2C is up to date and completed by working closely with Sales and commercial team.

Job responsibilities:

- Initiate and maintain the registration and prequalification with all the current client and handle the full cycle of the registration and prequalification with all new clients.
- Deep understanding of Registration & Pre-Qualification process in Energy sector and ADNOC Group of Companies.
- Achieve approvals and prequalification for services work groups within ADNOC Group of companies.
- Dealing with client directly during the bidding stage from the EOI till submitting the commercial stage of the projects.
- Drives and maintain Avalon - company CRM - Customer Relationship Management to ensure business development leads and opportunities are logged and to ensure data in L2C is up to date and completed by working closely with Sales and commercial team.
- Developing the monthly reports on commercial such as proposal win rates and sales pipelines.
- Provides administrative support to Regional Energy sector Lead.
- Collaborate with Internal stakeholders.
- Assist Internal stakeholders in preparation and arranging workshops and Seminars events in coordination with Marketing and communication team.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends.
- Ability to Provide market information, intelligence and assessments to management as required.
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

You bring (qualifications & experience)
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business or marketing or equivalent.
- 0-2 Years’ experience in a similar role preferably in Oil & Gas Market.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office Tools, (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
