Business Development Executive

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

**About Us**:
Vision Business Consulting is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager/Relationship Manager to join our team. As a crucial member of our organization, you will contribute significantly to expanding our client base, identifying strategic opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute annual business development and sales plans to achieve targets.
- Identify strategic partners, stakeholders, and new revenue streams for growth.
- Explore and capitalize on new markets, working closely with the management team.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on business development and sales activities.
- Stay updated on legislative changes and adhere to compliance standards.
- Build and sustain valuable relationships with clients, referral partners, and stakeholders.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven sales track record in business consulting domain within the UAE.

**Experience and Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business consulting domain within the UAE.
- Fluent in English & Arabic; knowledge of the UAE market.

**Remuneration**: As per the industry standards + attractive incentive structure.

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
