**Job description**

**MNA Properties** is currently looking to hire an energetic, professional with a positive attitude **Receptionist** to join our growing team.

**Role Purpose**
- Enthusiastically welcome and greet visitors, clients & employees
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Answering Inquiries, assisting clients
- Compile, organize and accurately finalize documents for office records.
- Respond to online property inquiries from customers visiting various online portals
- (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Hubspot and any other related CRM / Propery Portal Job)
- Monitor and Track Leads on a daily basis.
- Effectively manage lead volume according to a complex set of standard operating procedures.
- Offers and serves coffee/tea/water for visitors and clients
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing,scanning
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Scheduling appointments.

**Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Competencies**
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in Real Estate is a must
- Good English communication skill, smart and presentable
- Provides general office and operational support
- Eager to learn
- Office administration
- Corporate communications
- Working within strict deadlines
- Organizational Skills
- Has experience in Propspace/ myCRM

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Internet City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
