**JOB SUMMARY**

To promote and coordinate the training activities across the Cluster Hotels, upholding the goals of GuestVoice, GSS, Booking.Com, Trip Advisor and Profitability. To source, develop and implement cost effective and innovative training and development initiatives that embrace Marriott & Radisson values and support associates to achieve both their work and personal goals.

**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**
- Assist in developing and implementing effective and efficient Training systems and procedures to acquire skilled and knowledgeable associates.
- Assist the Training Manager in preparing Training Needs Analysis, Yearly & Monthly Training Calendars.
- Pro-actively coordinating with department heads with regard to associates career development, goal setting and performance appraisals.
- Ensure associates training attendance is recorded appropriately and Training Data Record is kept up-to-date.
- Pro-actively coordinating with Departmental Trainers and ensure Departmental Onboarding Plans, On the Job Trainings and other service related trainings are conducted and recorded appropriately.
- Ensuring all Cluster Hotel associates to have their active MGS/Rezportal Access.
- Ensuring all Cluster Hotel associates to complete their required compliance trainings as per Marriott/Radisson Hotel Group Training completion policies.
- Proactively coordinate with HR colleagues and ensure all the new hires will have their Orientation Program as per Marriott/Radisson Hotel Group Orientation Training Completion policy.
- Pro-actively coordinating with EHS team and ensure legal legislative Training Requirements are in compliance.
- Pro-actively coordinating with HR and EHS team to ensure OHS Audit requirements to be fulfilled as per the requirement.
- Assist Cluster Training Manager in reviewing new training techniques and suggests enhancements to the existing training programs
- Ensuring all the Training reports are prepared and submitted on time.
- Assist the Cluster Training Manager in preparing all the Training surveys related to employees requested by various authorities.
- Assist Cluster Training and Cluster HR Manager with employee engagement survey and action plans as necessary.
- Drive projects as assigned by Cluster Training Manager.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
