Personal Assistant to CEO with Sales Background

- Be accessible for phone-based communication and support during extended hours or as required by the CEO
- Assist in delegating tasks to other team members when appropriate
- Present an elegant and poised in representing the CEO and the organization during meetings, events, and interactions with
clients and partners.
- Pay attention to your personal appearance and attire, reflecting the CEO's desired image and standards.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, maintaining professionalism and clarity in all interactions
- Providing personalized assistance and information to clients, including villas, penthouses, apartments, yatch, private ,
corporate event, night life, fine dining and Dubai activities like Helicopters and safari.
- Managing reservations and bookings for restaurants, hotels, villas, and other venues.
- Arranging transportation services, such as luxury car rentals, airport transfers, chauffeur-driven vehicles, and private aviation
- Handling requests for special arrangements, such as flowers or gifts
- Assisting with travel planning, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating itineraries.
- Coordinating personal appointments and managing the client's schedule.
- Keeping track of expenses and preparing expense reports.
- Ensuring the client's needs and preferences are met promptly and efficiently.
- Assisting with sales-related tasks, such as lead generation, prospecting, and customer relationship management.
