Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, as well as hands-on experience in digital marketing, traditional marketing, and project management. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and communications, to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.

- Oversee the development of brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand standards.

- Ensure all digital content is optimized for maximum visibility, engagement, and conversions.
**Team Leadership and Collaboration**:

**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- **Project Management**: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
