**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at STEPS COMMUNICATIONS. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends and data, managing advertising campaigns, coordinating with creative teams, and overseeing digital marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**
- 6+ Years Marketing Experience preferably in Media Agencies
- Experience in marketing strategy development and execution
- Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing market trends and data
- Experience managing advertising campaigns and coordinating with creative teams
- Digital marketing experience, including SEO, PPC, and social media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with Kids Projects and Educational Tools for Kids is a plus

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 6 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Abu Dhabi (required)
