Managing and Administering Employee Training

Coordinating property compliance training programs such as Business We Do, Harassment, Fire Safety, Food Handling, First Aid, etc.

Ensuring participants receive the appropriate property and company orientation, understand program materials and build relationships with
property leadership team.

Using effective training methods to ensure employees have a good understanding of guest satisfaction and can demonstrate guest satisfaction skills.

Administering and delivers core training initiatives in compliance with corporate training and development standards. Core training initiatives include Orientation, Leadership Skills, Trainer Certification (Training for On Property Programs), Diversity Training, and
Management Development.

Making any necessary adjustments to training methodology and/or re-trains as appropriate.

Ensuring adult learning principles are incorporated info training programs,

Ensuring all trainings organized by other departments are properly communicated beforehand.

Coordinating the organization of any other development trainings (progressive disciplinary, payroll...).

Analyzing Personal Development Pian.

Actively promoting the Company Foundations (coordinate grooming standards training, ensure every Colleague is caring the Foundation Card).

Ensuring property compliance with all mandatory online trainings (Information Security & Protection, Global Anti-Corruption, Preventing Human Trafficking...).

Leading the Learning Coach program (monthly meeting, 15 minutes training calendar, training hours tracker).

Facilitating Core Management Training for the Middle East & Africa Region.

Helping employees identify specific behaviors that will contribute to service excellence.

Developing specific training to improve service performance.
