To assist in the smooth and efficient running of the HR Department.
- To ensure that all in-house rules and regulations are communicated to colleagues and implemented.
- To monitor colleagues wearing the correct uniform and always adhering to the appearance standards of the hotel.
- To assist in distributing and controlling locker locks and name tags.
- Daily administration of the HR/L&D department, making sure all records and documents are up to date.
- Support and establish a learning culture within the hotel.
- Assist the HRM in developing new training modules for TTPH.
- Work with head of departments in making sure that annual performance reviews have been done followed by the talent development program.
- Support departmental trainers, and coordinate training delivered by department trainers.
- Follow up task list on the LD Logs and Orientation Check List.
- Manage the cross-training process and tracking system.
- Assist in preparing TNA, weekly L&D completion reports, report all incomplete trainings.
- Prepare L&D Logs, L&D calendars and schedules share with dept trainers/HODs.
- Prepare monthly L&D report.
- Assist in doing minutes of any HR & L&D meetings.
- Assist in setting up the training room with all requirements before any training.
- Measure the effectiveness of training and record the required reports.
- Help in preparing report for the monthly colleague recognition.
- Update all HOH notice boards weekly.
- Make sure each HOD is implementing the SOP manual for his / her department.
- Make sure all staff have their job description signed with copy kept in their files and copy with them.
- Assist the HR department in creating, preparing and implementing activities and best practices to engage more with the staff.
Conduct in coordination with HRM once a year a staff satisfaction survey to acknowledge the good results and work on the unsatisfactory areas.
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
