The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the management and introduction of new products across our Breast and Skeletal Health (BSH) product portfolio in our Emerging Markets (MEA & CEERI). In this role you will establish and maintain the strategic marketing management and programs for the BU in the region and execute effective coordination and collaboration with EMEAC counterparts. There will be a key focus on partnering with our commercial organisations and distributors to implement strategies to maximise Hologic’s commercial success across the region.

**Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Responsibility for strategic key BSH projects across the full portfolio
- Managing the execution of new product launch plans for Iberia as well as ensuring the implementation of agreed plans and tactics in the market
- Drive collaboration and alignment with EMEAC Units and ensure the voice of customer across Iberia is strongly and clearly represented
- Own the product portfolio in terms of identifying and acting upon opportunities/areas of improvement for supporting the commercial activity
- Co-develop, direct, and execute the long-term marketing strategy and yearly marketing budget plan to achieve our strategic plan
- Oversee the creation, communication, and promotion of the value proposition that Hologic products provide to each customer segment relevant to the portfolio, including supporting content creation
- Maintain and build a strong network of KOLs and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate closely with distributors, commercial teams, Market Access, medical education, marketing and marketing operations team

**What you need to be successful in the role**:

- Degree qualified in marketing, business or similar
- Significant experience in a downstream medical device product marketing role in emerging markets, specifically MEA region
- Previous experience working within manufacturing organisations and distributors
- Experience in radiology, imaging or breast health is highly desirable
- Experience with strategically shaping future business direction
- Deep knowledge of the MENA market and healthcare systems
- Track record of generating innovative ideas, processes and solutions that create value
- Ability to lead, collaborate and influence in a matrix organization
- Fluent English required, any addition languages a plus
