Office Secretary/administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and other documents.
- Follow up with clients and vendors to ensure timely communication and delivery.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and provide information as required.
- Create and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD (if applicable).
- Perform basic accounting tasks, including data entry, billing, and bookkeeping (if applicable).
- Coordinate staff activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Handle general administrative tasks and maintain office records.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum **2 years of prior experience** in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in either **basic accounting** or **AutoCAD** is mandatory.
- Strong command of MS Office and familiarity with accounting software (if applicable).
- Written and spoken fluency in **English** is a must, and spoken fluency in **Hindi** is required.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
