**Station Vending Machines Seeks Technical Leader**

Do you have a passion for technical excellence, a deep understanding of coffee vending machines, and the leadership skills to guide a high-performing team? Are you a results-oriented professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical field relevant to complex machinery?

Station Vending Machines, a leading provider of innovative vending solutions, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Head of Coffee Vending Machine Services to oversee the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our technical department, with a specific focus on coffee vending machines.

**In this critical role, you will**:

- **Lead and Motivate Your Team**: Provide direction, coaching, and mentorship to a team of technicians from diverse backgrounds, including those with electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and hardware expertise. Foster their skills and ensure exceptional service delivery for our coffee vending machines.
- **Champion a Culture of Safety**: Develop and enforce comprehensive safety protocols specific to coffee vending machine maintenance, ensuring strict adherence to UAE labour laws and occupational health & safety regulations.
- **Drive Operational Excellence**: Manage day-to -day coffee vending machine service operations, leveraging data analysis to identify areas for improvement in service processes, resource utilization, and inventory management.
- **Embrace Innovation**: Explore and implement innovative technologies to enhance coffee vending machine maintenance and optimize their performance.
- **Lead by Example**: Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, including clear communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- **Become a KPI Master**: Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your team, ensuring they are aligned with overall departmental and company goals.
- **Technical Expertise**: Possess a deep understanding of coffee vending machine technology and maintenance procedures, with a strong foundation in electrical or mechanical principles.
- **Effective Communication**: Prepare comprehensive reports, participate in meetings, and communicate technical findings, particularly related to coffee vending machines, to internal and external stakeholders.

**To be successful, you should possess**:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in a field relevant to complex machinery, such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or hardware maintenance. Experience within the vending machine industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Orientation for new Joiners.
- Proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Commitment to safety and compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.
- Hold a valid UAE driving license
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a willingness to learn new technologies

Pay: AED9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
