Station Vending Machines, a leading provider of automated vending services, is searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. We specialize in creating convenient and enjoyable coffee experiences for employees and customers across various organizations. Our mission is to anticipate the needs of coffee lovers and provide a seamless solution, allowing them to enjoy a hot beverage without interrupting their daily routine.

**What You'll Do**:

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within Dubai, targeting industries like healthcare, offices, residential complexes, hotel apartments, and more.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious goals, leveraging your communication skills and industry knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service and maximize revenue generation.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and opportunities, continuously refining your sales approach.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams like marketing, product development, and operations to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, securing mutually beneficial partnerships that drive revenue.
- Consistently exceed sales targets, earning incentives and recognition for outstanding performance.

**Who You Are**:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in a B2B & B2C sales environment within Dubai.
- Excel in communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successful negotiations and closing deals, exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and market trends.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and collaboratively as needed.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Hold a valid UAE residence visa with a minimum validity of 3 months.
- Possess a valid UAE driving license.
