Your Opportunity
We are looking for a Guest Services Officer who will perform all tasks in relation to Guest Services including Reception, Conference Facilities, VIP Lounge Reception, Butler Services and will answer calls from internal and external customers.
This role will work closely with our clients at the prestigious Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA).
Key Accountabilities Meet and stand to greet visitors and notify the relevant individual on arrival of visitor. Provide frontline customer service for all Client employees, visitors and contractors entering the facilities. Stand to greet all Client employees when entering or leaving the building. Answer calls promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously direct calls/enquiries and relay messages. Ensure reception area, conference facility and VIP lounge are neat and tidy at all times Always conducts oneself appropriately and professionally Actively listen and resolve guests’ complaints Coordinate with security, control room, Client security department when assisting the visitors Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests (VIPs, SAs etc) Escort all Visitors from VIP Lounge to end location within or surrounding the property.
Specific Requirements 3 years minimum experience in hospitality services from a reputable and market leading hotel or airline or any hospitality facility. Excellent communication skills both written and oral with the ability to communicate with people from various backgrounds and standing Ability to liaise in a professional and persuasive manner with staff at all levels in the organization Ability to handle confidential information in strict confidence Ability to work with high integrity and minimum supervision Minimum holder of a High School Diploma. Excellent knowledge of all office systems and office administration Knowledge of Visitor Management and associated registration systems Understanding of customer service requirement.
