**Job Profile: Female **Club Administrator ensures efficient operations of the club by providing support to managers, other employees, and members and other office visitors by handling a variety of tasks, and ensuring that all interactions between the club and others are positive and productive.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure all new membership forms are completed according to Company policies and procedures;
- Daily audit of daily sales reports and membership forms;
- Ensure completeness of all contracts - individual and corporate;
- Responsible for coordination with Purchasing on all monthly club requirements
- Procurement - responsible for source quotes and negotiating with suppliers etc.;
- Daily audit of club checklists;
- Assist in preparing for events;
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments;
- Record Meeting Minutes;
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Develop and maintain a filing system;
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment;
- Greet, assist and provide general support to visitors in the club;
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients;
- Generate, reconcile, and submit expense reports;
- Update and maintain club policies and procedures;
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques;
- Cover the reception desk
- Oversee and supervise the work of junior staff;
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level;
- Verify receipt of supplies.
- Conducting regular inspections of club premises and equipment;
- Informing of any preventative maintenance;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
