HR Assistant Receptionist

**As a HR Assistant, you will be**
1. Responsible for the management of employees' personal file information and paper files
3. Update relevant documents and get familiar with the relevant policies and working procedures of Dubai government
4. Asset and expense management: according to the company's asset and purchase management system, timely and effectively purchase goods, and effectively and reasonably allocate management.
5. Can drive and complete other tasks assigned by the company
6. Relevant HR experience
**As a Receptionist, you will be**
- Maintaining a logbook for the calls and messages received for higher management
- Arranging meetings according to the availability of the higher management.
- Managing the visitor's list.
- Receive and guide visitors.
- Receive deliveries such as documents and food.
**Responsibilities**
- Greeting customers with a pleasant attitude and responding to their queries efficiently.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Attend to all customer/tenants queries/complaints and interact with courtesy and respect.
- Maintaining the reception area clean and tidy.
- Managing the meetings and list of attendees.
- Organizing, sorting, distributing mail and dispatching them to the respective departments.
- Receiving calls forwarding them to the respective employee or department.
- Providing relevant information to customers who visit or call.

- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Customer service attitude
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
