Office / Clients Administrator

Our company provides three programs that support the learning and development in babies and young children between 0-4 years old.
We need help to respond to our clients calls and messages better and to coordinate our team logistics more efficiently.
The role involves:
- taking bookings and payments and updating our systems and registers
- maintain cash register and VAT costs report
- coordinating and updating the schedule with teachers and support staff
- representing the company at events and fairs and other marketing activities
**Requirements**:
- EXCELLENT spoken & written English
- Confident presentation and communication skills
- flexible and pro-active
- Energetic, bubbly personality
