Administrative Officer

**Role Description**
- This is a full-time role for an Administrative Officer located in Dubai, UAE. Shall be responsible for daily administrative tasks with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and business correspondence, and will also support other departments with general administrative assistance as needed. Three to four years of experience managing office work with local experience is required.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Update office policies as needed and prepare internal memorandums.
- Managing office supplies stock and placing purchasing orders.
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
- Answer queries from employees and clients.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the employees and guests.
- Schedule in-house and external events.
- General Administration and excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent Organization Skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or diploma degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
