Assistant Bookkeeper Lady

**Responsibilities**:
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:Accurately enter financial transactions into the accounting system.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
- **Invoice Processing**:Assist in processing and verifying invoices for accuracy.
Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Monitor and manage petty cash transactions.
- **Expense Tracking**:Record and categorize company expenses.
Assist in preparing expense reports.
- **Assist in Payroll Processing**:Support the payroll process by providing necessary information and data.
Verify accuracy of timekeeping records.
- **Financial Reporting**:Generate financial reports as needed.
Assist in preparing financial statements for review.
- **Communication**:Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure accurate financial information.
Respond to inquiries regarding financial transactions.
- **Compliance**:Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
**Salary**: Aed 3000 to 4000 with company acoomandationa transportation and staff meal.
