To lead development and implementation of Regulatory & Compliance training strategies and programs that support the Company's business goals. The jobholder will also standardise, document, budget for Regulatory and Compliance training across the Company, ensuring that all employees have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify and assess compliance risks in collaboration with QHSE and relevant regulatory authorities and lead the development and delivery of compliance and regulatory training programs to all employees to mitigate risks.

Manage a library of training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises and ensure that materials are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.

Create structured training programs that align with the Company's technical goals and objectives, ensuring that employees stay current with industry trends and best practices by utilizing a variety of delivery methods, including in-person, virtual, and self-paced e-learning.

Establish and implement assessment methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content as needed to meet evolving needs by ensuring that training programs are meeting the needs of the Company and employees.

Manage training materials and resources, including budgets, equipment, and external training providers, to ensure efficient and effective training delivery.

Lead a team of trainers and support staff, provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities by fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

Ensure that technical training programs adhere to industry standards, by staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends to update training programs as needed, ensuring that employees are motivated through training certifications.

Generate and provide regular reports on training program effectiveness, employee progress, and other relevant metrics to senior management informed decision-making and support continuous improvement.

Lead and manage departmental projects, strategic initiatives to enhance departmental service delivery

**Education Qualification**:
Relevant Bachelor*s degree

**Work Experience**:
Minimum 7 years* experience in Training and Development

**Skills**:
Ability to communicate effectively with all organisational levels.

Achievement orientated and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to understand business needs and anticipate future problems/risk, develop simple and effective solutions.

Ability to develop relationship with business leaders, act as a trusted advisor
