**In the first three months, expect to**:

- Learn all aspects of the business and understand its goals.
- Have deep caring for the business workforce and be a proactive force behind workforce strategy.
- Work with business leaders and managers to address any workforce challenges or issues.

**In the six months, expect to**:

- Being strategic and offering alternative opinions or actions to business leaders.
- Analyze and interpret data, use it to help business leaders better understand workforce needs and incorporate results into workforce strategy and planning.
- Ability to facilitate discussions around change and transformation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic expertise relating to Organisational Development and Performance for the effective growth of rapidly expanding functions.
- Partner with different business leaders across UAE, Europe, and the United States to offer advice and solutions and ensure HR policies align with business goals.
- Implement and contribute to Global HR strategic initiatives and improve processes.
- Provide performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Provide guidance and input on department structure, workforce planning and succession planning for a rapidly growing team.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Support Head of Talent Management to identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of relevant experience in multiple HR disciplines, including performance management, building a high-performance culture, employee relations, employee engagement, and diversity.
- Strong professionalism and exceptional stakeholder management skills to partner with members of leadership and senior team members.
- Deep and logical communication ability and a strategic, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment of a rapidly growing company.
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal-oriented
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field
