Commercial Support Executive

You will act as a specialist, supporting sales with sales activities, documentation handling, follow-ups, CRM updates, lead generation, quotations to customers, specifications to customers, customer Communication.

Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:
- CRM Opportunities Pipeline and follow up (CARAVEL Hub-Middle East).- Creation of quotations and specifications in AX and IQS/CPQ.- Price List management and documentation (ensuring adhering to Authority Matrix, archiving).- Support for customer product queries - from collection of information to basic technical advice.- Guarantees issuing, coordination, control.- Coordinating OBP documentation and log.- High quality and management of Guarantees.- Maintaining OBP documentation as per process.- Compliant and updated Price Lists.- High quality of reporting and analysis.- Timely support in business decisions/processes for commercial team.

This role will report to the Sales Manager Marine -EMEA/Hub 2

The role will be based in Sharjah (UAE).

To succeed in the role the following skills and experience is required:
You should also have the following qualifications:
- Graduate and above- Excellent MS Office, Excel skills- Well-rounded in ERP and CRM environment- Excellent communication skills both oral and written- Excellent Organization skills, able to set priorities and responsive to customer requests.- Customer Focus and highly keen on learning- Able to prioritize and meet deadline while handling interruptions and working under pressure
