Collection of Consideration from the client / network professional
Following up consistently until the milestone payments are collected
On time collections
Internal Feedback form for non-converted clients
Provide internal & client feedback for non-conversion
No Excuses for not getting / providing feedback
Execution of Client Deliverables
Execute the deliverable with utmost efficiency and quality following the SOP
100% Compliance with brand promise
Following the SOP
Strict compliance to the agreed SOP for each activity
No Deviation in SOP
Obtaining Client Feedback
Preparing a format and getting the client feedback
No Excuses for not getting feedback
Provide internal feedback about cross sell / future engagements opportunity with the client
Preparing a format and ensure filling up for every client
No Excuses for not providing the internal feedback

Preparing formats for recurring similar engagements
Preparing formats for Minutes of the meeting of their discussion with the clients
Internal Feedback form for non-converted clients
**Agreed SOP for engagements**
1. To receive enquiries from the Clients and address them according to their respective requirements
2. To draft the minutes of the meeting of their discussion with the Clients
3. Converting Leads from the discussion to Engagement
4. Coordinating with Business Development Team for the Letter of Engagement
5. Getting the Letter of Engagements signed from the clients within 3 working days from the date the Letter of Engagement is sent to the client
6. Following through on the advance payments from the Clients, receiving the advance
7. Confirming the receipt of the respective payments from the Clients with the Finance Team
8. To commence the engagement procedure promptly
9. Perform the client deliverables in the agreed timeline as per Letter of Engagement
10. To ensure brand promises are constantly retained without exception
11. Follow up on the payments as per Letter of Engagement after completion of the Engagement
12. To verify on the Receipt of the necessary funds with Finance Team for the respective Engagement
13. To send a feedback form to the Client and to obtain the same on the Clients' experience on the Engagement
14. To be acquainted with the Clients for postliminary engagements in the future
