This position for a multinational company, We are looking for a Junior level Female Office Manager/Admin who takes care the below responsibilities.
- DMCC Administration-Visa, Letters, Trade License Renewal and All DMCC related Procedures
- Book Keeping for the branch
- Logistics Management (FedEx)
- Petty Cash
- Office Maintenance
- Travel Arrangement for the Staff
- Bank Management
- Salary Management of the Local Staff
- HR Coordination for the Branch
- Manage Local exhibitions
- Hotel booking for Staff
- Work Closely with Regional COO
Back Office Sales Coordination
- Back Office Sales Support for the orders
- Create Offers to Customers
- Follow up with Factory for any procedures
- Initiate Order Processing
**Salary**: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
