We are currently hiring a full-time Office Administrator/Receptionist for a reputable General Trading company located in JLT, Dubai.

Immediate availability is preferred.

We are seeking individuals who are hardworking, sincere, polite and presentable, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills with at least 2 years of Admin/Reception/HR/Accounts experience as you will be working with different areas of responsibility such as:

- Should have knowledge in procurement/vendor portal, bidding process and proposal submission
- Prepare draft & final invoice and with constant communication with client for payment follow-up
- Maintain Purchase Order / Award Contract and monitor delivery deadline
- Must have knowledge in processing Ejari for property lease renewal
- Maintains Office Petty Cash; Prepare monthly & annual office expenses
- Prepare relevant letter for suppliers, clients and other office related requirements
- Posting of job vacancy online (Indeed.ae/Linkedin); arrange interview and exam
- Process Health Insurance of employees; Office & Car Insurance of Company
- Organize Internal resources - Maintain office, employees files and supplies; alert employees of new processes, UAE rules & regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word is required.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

- Jumeirah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
