Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales pipeline from initial contact through onboarding of customer
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other forms of communication
  • Follow-up with contacts to ensure satisfactory customer experience
  • Generate new sales opportunities by proactively contacting potential customers
  • Document sales activities, accounts, and customers in CRM database
  • Utilize market and customer data to develop strategies for sales optimization
  • Analyze market trends and customer conversations to determine relevant product offerings
  • Follow up on sales opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Update company databases with incoming order and contact information
  • Generate reports and analysis of customer activity to provide feedback and advice to management
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss sales tactics and share ideas

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or comparable customer relations role
  • Bachelor (BA/BS) or Associates degree in Business or related field desired
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and increasing customer base
  • Experience with sales pipeline and forecasting sales performance
  • Mastery of CRM platforms and tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for customer service and ability to build relationships
