Key Responsibilities
  • Inbound Inquiry Handling: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing technical and commercial guidance on our products.
  • Customer Guidance: Assist customers in selecting the right products, focusing on technical and commercial aspects.
  • Negotiation and Quotation: Lead discussions, prepare and send quotations or Proforma Invoices, ensuring accurate pricing and cost calculations.
  • Sales Closure: Follow-up to close sales and coordinate with teams for delivery, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep accurate sales logs and reports, providing valuable insights for business development.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: A University or Diploma degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electro-mechanical.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of front-line sales experience, particularly in negotiating and closing deals, with a strong background in related products.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to rapidly understand and effectively communicate our products and services, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and excellent online research skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Highly disciplined and organized, capable of meeting stakeholder demands with outstanding results and performance, with a fast self-learning ability and a confident personality.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with a clear accent.

  • Experience with Industrial Weighing Scales
  • Proficiency in Measuring Instruments and Gauges
  • Fluency in Arabic
  • Residency in an area with easy access to International City, or possession of a personal vehicle for commuting
