Overview of the role:
The HR Data and Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy of HR data managing HR operations tracking budgets generating insightful reports and supporting datadriven decisionmaking within the Human Resources department. This position requires meticulous attention to detail strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
What you will do:
- Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS regularly auditing to correct discrepancies
- Develop and advise on Total Reward (TR) cases
- Ensure organizational charts are accurate in systems and HR records
- Oversee daily HR operations including onboarding offboarding payroll benefits and employee inquiries
- Collaborate on HR budgets monitor expenditures and manage BPC data
- Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics using data visualization for decisionmaking
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and assist in audits and compliance reviews
Reqired Skills to be successful:
Minimum Experience:
5 years of experience in Administrative function of a large sized company with some exposure to HR and basic level supervisory skills essential to perform the job effectively.
JobSpecific Skills:
Human Capital principles Strong communication skills and problem solving ability Mentoring/Coaching Employee Relations

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Educated up to degree or diploma level whilst additional qualification via a diploma/ certificate course Office Administration or HR would be an advantage.
