Presales Support Manager role aims to strengthen the presales functions for Issuer and Acquirer Processing. The role will act as a techno-functional bridge between the Presales Team, Product Team, and Platform Team, ensuring seamless execution of presales initiatives, technical solutioning, and product alignment.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the end-to-end presales process, including solution presentations, writeups, product demos.
  2. Support the response to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
  3. Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Platform teams to identify the best solutions for client needs.
  4. Assist in creating technical documentation and presales materials.

Technical & Product Alignment

  1. Act as a bridge between presales, product, and platform teams, ensuring seamless integration of solutions.
  2. Support documenting the gaps in existing offerings and collaborate with product & Platforms teams to enhance solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Improvement

  1. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Product, Operations, and IT teams.
  2. Assist in handing over the new client onboarding deals to the Delivery Team for ensuring a smooth transition from presales to implementation.
  3. Work with the Platform team to come up with Standard Costing model.
  4. Develop the Standard Costing and pricing for enabling the standard offering for the clients.
  5. Provide insights on costing models, implementation feasibility, and operational impact.
  6. Own and manage presales initiatives, ensuring timely and effective solution design and proposal submissions.
  7. Prepare Requirement Document, High level Solution Document, Review DOU, SOW.
  8. Document the Requirements/ Gaps in Jira Task, allocate to the right resources and track and close the initiatives.
  9. Support solution presentations, technical demonstrations, and workshops for prospective clients.
  10. Assist in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution mapping for issuer and acquirer processing needs.
  11. Ensure that proposed solutions align with the company's product roadmap and client expectations.
  12. Collaborate with the Sales, Product, and Platform teams to refine and optimize proposed solutions.
  13. Take accountability for presales documentation, including RFP responses, proposals, and technical solution decks.
  14. Assist in cost modeling and pricing discussions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  15. Work closely with the Product and Platform teams to identify solution gaps and propose enhancements.

Experience/ Skills Required

  1. 7+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales within the payments, banking, or fintech industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of Issuer & Acquirer Processing, Card Management Systems (CMS), Payment Switches, and Digital Banking.
  3. Understanding of card issuing, acquiring, API integrations, and payment processing workflows.
  4. Cards System & Product Knowledge.
  5. Outstanding communication skills - both verbal and written.
  6. Ability to manage multiple presales initiatives efficiently.
  7. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  8. Strong collaboration skills with internal teams, partners, and clients.
