What We're Looking For:

The Presales Engineer will play a key role in supporting our service offerings. They will be involved in the design phase of customer solutions, working closely with our Sales team across various UAE markets. This role includes collaborating with clients to design software solutions that address their challenges, working with our internal team to drive innovation, and contributing to the evolution of our rich portfolio of offerings.

What You'll be Working On:

  • Supporting the sales team in designing software solutions.
  • Defining customer's problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Sharing design feedback, providing technical and procedural guidance to the implementation team, and conducting conversations at the executive layer as well as conveying both technical and business merits of our solution to the relevant parties.
  • Bridging internal customer gaps and adversarial/disparate groups within customer organizations and winning them over to our solutions.
  • Providing information about competitive products and differentiating the advantages and disadvantages of the offerings based on real-world experience.
  • Effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Articulating the SaaS and Digital Transformation solutions and services.
  • Creating and delivering architecture proposals, as well as the development and delivery of Solution Briefs that fit within company guidelines.
  • Leading responses to POCs, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs as defined by the customer.
  • Gathering customer requirements, mapping them closer to a solution, and helping in the documentation of the proposed solution.
  • Demonstrating the solution to customers.
  • Liaising with vendors to ensure the various elements of the solution and providing appropriate Bill of Materials.
  • Writing technical proposals, reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

What You'll Bring:

  • BS. Engineering or related field with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in software environments with Pre-Sales, Solution Architect, Software Architect or Business Analyst experience.
  • Experience with Web server environments and operating systems.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft architecture: web servers, application servers, database servers, development components…
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Database modeling and the SQL language.
  • Proven experience in designing, planning, and implementing technical upgrades and migration strategies.
  • Experience using TCO analysis and other (ROI) tools to justify proposals financially – understand the data from the performance testing and be able to articulate the findings.
  • Experience working with different stakeholders to fulfill solutions and services.
  • Soft Skills: self-starter, multi-tasker, flexible, process-driven, organized, and team player.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills with fluency in English and Arabic languages.
