Develops and articulates compelling accurate andrelevant proposals and ensures customers business and technicalrequirements are met. Prepare negotiate and enhance bill ofmaterial based on customer needs and products bestpractices.

  • The PreSales Consultant isaccountable for advising and coordinating with the Sales team onall technical issues related but not limited to technical lTservices infrastructure (Network (digital and physical) IPTWireless Collaboration Data Center and services) and professionalservices as well as annuity management.
  • S/He isa technical expert building strong relationships withpartners/customers and driving the business through multipletechnical initiatives while leading the department towards theachievement of set objectives.
  • Act as a subjectmatter expert in technical/solutions design of assigned productportfolio.
  • Work with the Sales team to developand implement specific account penetrationstrategies.
  • Create specific accounts forproduct(s) service(s) and salesplans.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team inqualifying opportunities supporting and advising on the technicalaspect of the sales lifecycle including technical qualificationsolution.
  • Design presentation of solutionproposals and highlevel designs anddemonstrations.
  • Run manage and drive proof ofconcepts (POC) and request for proposals (RFP) and Closeopportunities from a presale andperspective.
  • Build sound relationships withpartners and customers in support of salesobjectives
  • Engage personnel and leveragecorporate resources and budgets asappropriate.
  • Lead technical salescalls.
  • Identify customers queries and problemsattend to their needs and map requirements with existingsolutions.
  • Create training contents forinternal and external customers when and ifnecessary.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reportsand review performance with the concerned managementteam.
  • Lead and coach the team cultivatingempowerment and ownership.
  • Conduct regularperformance reviews identify training needs oversee developmentplans and maintain required certifications for Vendorexhibit.
  • Translates outcomebased solutions intoa functional solution design that aligns to the customers businessneeds and then translates that functional design into a technicaldesign and architecture that can be scaled to accommodategrowth.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: Bachelorsdegree in a related field such as Computer Science InformationTechnology Network Engineering or a similar discipline.Bachelorsdegree in a related field such as Computer Science InformationTechnology Network Engineering or a similardiscipline.
