Agreefy is a leading innovator specializing in Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS) that provides software solutions for various industries through our groundbreaking SaaS Platform. Our software solutions empower businesses with precise location data to optimize their operations, enhance the customer experience, and improve safety outcomes.
PositionWe seek a highly motivated and skilled solutions sales manager to lead our sales initiatives in the UAE and GCC. The successful candidate will be vital in expanding Agreefy's market presence, selling our RTLS and Asset Management Solutions to C-Level Executives within Businesses while developing partner relationships, and ultimately driving sales growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships and end-customer relationships.
- Develop a sales plan using your expertise to sell our solutions across UAE and GCC.
- Create and execute partner account plans with strategic partners to increase the share of wallet in the partners' existing end customer base.
- Acquire new end customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue and profits.
- Be the single point of contact for customers, collaborating with support teams such as pre-sales, finance, technical, and delivery teams to ensure customer success with our solutions.
- Find external leads in the marketplace for Agreefy's solutions and develop them until they are sold through a partner.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Utilize the company CRM to provide transparency to the sales process and relationship management.
- Represent Agreefy at trade exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to promote our solutions.
- Provide feedback to the product team regarding customer requests and product enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven work experience either deploying and managing RTLS Solutions or selling them in the Middle East.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-first attitude.
- Strong understanding of the IoT/RTLS market dynamics.
- Understanding of benefits of RTLS solutions and the ability to articulate them thoughtfully to C-Suite Executives.
- Awareness of Key RTLS Technologies and how they fit into an RTLS solution.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience in selling and/or operating/managing ERPs, Workforce Management Systems, or Enterprise Asset Management Systems.
- Ability to travel and have a valid driver's license in UAE.
