Data Entry and Administrative Assistant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Administrative Assistant. The primary responsibilities will include data entry tasks on our ERP system and providing administrative support to HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Inputting, updating, and maintaining data (Daily Timesheets, Employee records) in the ERP system accurately and efficiently.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and answering phones.
- Generating reports and compiling data as needed.
- Supporting the HR team with ad-hoc administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data entry and experience with ERP systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred.
