POSITION SUMMARY

  • Assign rooms based on guest requests and preferences.
  • Pre-register designated guests and prepare key packets.
  • Organize check-in/pre-registration for groups.
  • Review/Track/Accommodate room/check-out changes.
  • Confirm reservations and cancellations.
  • Ensure accurate billing and rates.
  • File guest paperwork and documentation.
  • Process guest check-ins/check-outs.
  • Follow up on guest requests and issues.
  • Provide accurate message relay services.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain professionalism, and protect confidential information.

Welcome and assist guests, address service needs, and communicate clearly.

Coordinate tasks with other departments, act as a role model, and foster positive relationships.

Comply with quality standards, perform physical tasks, and use computer systems efficiently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
