About the Role

The Room Attendant is a key member of our Housekeeping team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, linen rooms, and cupboards to the highest standards, adhering to our quality control procedures.
  • Guest Services: Replenish guest supplies, maintain stock levels, and report any damage or malfunctions in hotel rooms to your supervisor.
  • Lost and Found: Report and submit lost and found articles immediately, ensuring that our guests' personal belongings are returned promptly.
  • Valet Services: Carry out valet services as required, including delivery of linen or processing laundry orders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Basic Knowledge: A basic understanding of housekeeping tasks and procedures.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
