You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, sourcing designers and contractors, and cultivating relationships with large customers and B2B partners.


Responsibilities:

_ Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize revenue.

Market Research:
_ Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Brand Promotion:
_ Enhance brand visibility and awareness through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, events, and partnerships.
- _

Client Acquisition:

_ Identify and target potential clients, including designers, contractors, large customers, and B2B partners, to expand the customer base and increase sales opportunities.

Relationship Management:
_Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Performance Monitoring:
_ Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Team Leadership:
_ Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Sales Incentives:

_ Develop and implement sales incentive programs to motivate and reward sales team members, sales agents and referrals for achieving targets.


  • Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with other department team members in order to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the home furniture or interior design industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
