Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail, projectbased, and B2B sectors, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share, leveraging insights from market analysis and customer feedback.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers and industry influencers to drive business acquisition and foster longterm partnerships.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain a robust network of contacts within the furniture and home décor industry, including interior designers, influencers, real estate agents, and key industry associations.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, and tailor product offerings and services to meet their requirements effectively.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing MAAC Home at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.

Marketing Initiatives:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement across various platforms, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, product presentations, and marketing collateral that resonate with target audiences and differentiate MAAC Home in the market.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation, market expansion, and strategic positioning.

Event Organization:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a range of events and activations, such as product launches, showroom exhibitions, design workshops, and networking sessions, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, logistics, budgeting, vendor management, promotion, attendee registration, and postevent followup, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for participants.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles within the furniture and home décor industry, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive network of contacts and relationships within the industry, including interior designers, influencers, real estate agents, and industry associations.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customercentric approach and a knack for building rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for design, aesthetics, and innovation, capable of developing compelling marketing campaigns and brand experiences.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software and digital marketing tools/platforms.
**Valid driving license and possession of a car is mandatory.
