- Oversee and execute social media postings across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Develop and implement onpage and offpage search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Respond promptly to customer calls and messages, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries or issues efficiently.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the furniture industry.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual content for marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse website and social media analytics to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure the company remains competitive.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant UAE experience.
- Applicants must be fluent in English with proficiency in speaking, writing and reading. Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.
- Excellent knowledge about popular tools (Google ads, google analytics, social media tools, scheduling tools)
- A creative and strategic mindset
