Executive Secretary to CEO

- Manage a varied portfolio of clients across individuals, sole traders, partnerships, and Limited companies.
- Prepare statutory accounts and management accounts and some more complex bookkeeping
- Prepare corporation tax, personal tax and VAT returns
- Support and help develop the work of more junior staffHelp develop and grow the firms client base, providing additional services to existing clients, and helping onboard new businesses.
Requirements Qualified ACA/ACCA or part qualified or qualified by experience with at least 5 years general practice experience
Must be competent in all aspects of accounts and taxation work Be fully conversant with accounting and tax standards and demonstrate skilled commercial acumen Ability to prioritise, work on own initiative and meet deadlines Have excellent IT skills; MS Office and preferably knowledge of TaxCalc, Sage and Xero Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
