Job Description:
Executive Secretary - Preferably Male


Position Overview:

As an Executive Secretary, you will provide high-level administrative support to top executives in a company or organization.

Your role will involve managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive's office.

Between 5k - 7k AED.

Responsibilities:

Document Management:

Handling sensitive and confidential information, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation, such as reports, presentations, and memos.

Meeting Coordination:

Coordinating and preparing materials for meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure deadlines are met.

Project Assistance:

Assisting with special projects or initiatives, conducting research, gathering data, and preparing reports to support decision-making processes.

5.

Office Management:

Overseeing office operations, including ordering supplies, managing budgets, and ensuring equipment is maintained and operational.

6.

Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, both internally and externally, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Problem Solving:

Identifying and resolving issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner, exercising discretion and judgment in handling sensitive situations.

Flexibility and Adaptability:

Being able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Professionalism:

Demonstrating a high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in all interactions and maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an executive support role.
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and corporate communication tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Education:


A bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred, but relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

AED5, AED7,000.00 per month
