Executive Secretary to CEO

Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between the Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Manager.
Manage and organize Manager's calendar, ensuring timely reminders and updates.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.
Assist in preparing presentations and documents for meetings.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Conduct research and compile data as requested by the Manager.
Liaise with other departments within the clinic group to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
