Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts and Administration Officer.
This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions while also managing financial records accurately and efficiently.
Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting as required.
Administrative Support:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with procurement processes including obtaining quotes, placing orders, and managing vendor relationships.
Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in both accounting, Tally and Admin roles
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Pay:
Up to AED4,000.00 per month
