Job Summary
The Administrative and Accounting Support Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing accounting functions for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both administrative duties and accounting principles, with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure efficient operations
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments to facilitate communication
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence to maintain effective communication
- Maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy access to information
- Manage petty cash and ensure accurate financial records
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to support business decisions
- Process accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers to ensure compliance
- Reconcile bank statements and balance sheets to ensure accuracy
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting to support business growth
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative and/or accounting role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
