Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Accountant and Administrative Professional to join our team at RVGA Caravans. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional accounting and administrative support to our real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions for accuracy.
  • Reporting:
  • Generate comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Payroll:
  • Process payroll, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Maintain employee records related to payroll, benefits, and taxation.
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Office Management:
  • Greet clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, ordering and restocking as necessary.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks, including document preparation, correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Organize and coordinate appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
  • Maintain client databases and filing systems, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Client Relations:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, property listings, and presentations.
  • Coordinate open house events and property showings.
  • Data Management:
  • Input and update property listings on multiple listing services (MLS) and online platforms.
  • Compile and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and databases related to property listings, sales transactions, and client information.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an accountant and administrative assistant, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with financial documentation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in accounting, office administration, or real estate are advantageous.
