Job Summary
The Administrative and Accounting Support Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing accounting functions to ensure the smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both administrative duties and accounting principles, with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory to maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments to ensure efficient use of time.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence to maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Manage petty cash and ensure accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to support business decisions.
- Process accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payment and reconciliation.
- Reconcile bank statements and balance sheets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative and/or accounting role.
- Arabic speaking and writing skills are mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
