- **Invoice Preparation and Filing**: Prepare and file invoices in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Filing System Maintenance**: Maintain an efficient and organized filing system, ensuring easy access to financial records and documents.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor office inventory levels and report any shortages to the management team.
- **Tax Invoice Updates**: Work closely with the accounts team to update tax invoice details and ensure accuracy.
- **Cash Handling**: Collect and deposit cheques, and prepare petty cash bills as required.
- **Telephonic Support**: Respond to telephonic maintenance requests and assign tasks to the concerned department based on schedules.
**Requirements**
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in accounting or a related field.
- **Proficiency in MS Office** and other accounting software.
- **Dependability and confidentiality**: Demonstrate a high level of dependability and respect for confidentiality in handling financial information.
- **Degree in Accounts or equivalent**: Hold a degree in accounts or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- **Valid UAE driving license**: Possess a valid UAE driving license.
- **Language skills**: Knowledge of Hindi and Arabic languages is an advantage.
