We are looking for a CVP & Growth Manager to join our commercial team in the UAE.

In this role, your primary focus is to improve Deliveroo's proposition for customers and to identify ways to continue our fast growth.

This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys identifying customer needs through data and anecdotes, and drawing insights to guide growth.


What you'll do:

  • You are expected to have a clear grasp of all the key business metrics for your cities, as well as a clear plan on how to improve them. This includes key customer, order, and business growth metrics
  • Embed yourself within the fabric of your cities (city visits, research, insights from partners/internal teams) and feel empowered to identify opportunities in your cities and quickly act on them
  • Work with the Commercial and crossfunctional leadership to develop the strategic plan and targets to drive performance in your cities. You should be able to communicate the main elements of this plan clearly to senior colleagues. You should also be methodical in tracking progress against key elements of the action plan you have produced
  • Work with functions across the business (e.g. AM, Sales, Ops, marketing) to execute initiatives from the city plans and to address gaps in performance vs. city targets
  • Report to senior management on a regular basis (WBRs, MBRs) on the progress towards city targets and initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy or program management roles
  • Proven track record in building plans, setting targets, and delivering results on time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and coordinate among senior stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Excellent ability to interrogate and understand data to identify areas for improvement
