We are looking for a Customer Relations Manager - Motor Insurance for one of our reputed client's in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

  • To Convert insurance queries into closed business
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
  • Assist customers and provide recommendations as needed
  • Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Relations experience in Motor insurance sector in UAE.
  • Desired Graduates with certificates in the Insurance domain.
  • Excellent Communication skills in English required.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
Up to AED5,000.00 per month
