Customer Experience Manager

Sundus is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across all channels.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their customer service skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a customer engagement-related role, preferably in Early Childhood or social development.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Local cultural knowledge is a plus.
